Sweat, get Fit, and feel free with dance barre. This is a 60 minute class where movements from different fitness styles are included such as ballet, jazz, hip-hop, and yoga.
Different sequences are offered to condition the body and feel long and lean. Open to all levels. Dance to energetic music. Bring your mat and your toe socks, ballet shoes or bare feet.
First class is free for new clients only.
